Rose Cottage, Wythall
Value : £335,000 Duration: 7 months Architect: Hemmings Associates Completed in May 2004 this new build dwelling also included the demolition of the existing property. As can be seen from the photographs this three storey house was constructed to the highest standards. Oak features were incorporated into all parts of the house including windows, staircases, doors and skirting. The house also includes an oak balcony to the master bedroom and huge feature trusses to the vaulted single storey day room, (detailed to the left of the photograph above.) On this particular project AC Allin Construction Ltd were not required to fit out any of the five bathrooms or the kitchen although we did work in close association with the Clients Contractors to ensure all their requirements were met.
