AC Allin Construction Ltd became incorporated in August 2002, but had been established as a Sole Trader since 1988. The majority of our team has a long history of expertise in their specific trades spanning many more years. AC Allin construction Ltd offer services ranging from full Design and Build packages through to routine/response maintenance projects all adapted to our Client’s individual preferences and/or requirements.

AC Allin Construction Ltd directly employs a multi-skilled workforce adept to undertake any construction task. AC Allin Construction Ltd employs approximately twenty direct employees, including an Office Manager, Administrator and two Contracts Managers. It also employees a Freelance Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial manager on a full time basis and an Estimator on a regular basis.

The company currently operates in two separate, but supporting, business areas. The smaller domestic, planned maintenance works and specialist disabled adaptations on the whole being completed by our direct workforce and for our larger projects we look to use specialists from our subcontractor database. All Employees and Specialist Contractors adhere to the companies Health and Safety policy when attending site and continually strive to provide a high quality service to all clients, whether the job is domestic, commercial or government controlled.

A large proportion of our work is gained through repeat business from Architects, Property Managers and recommendations within the private sector. The company has earned an excellent reputation for standards of quality, achieving deadlines and value for money. Detailed within this portfolio are some examples of projects that we have completed to date along with some of the professionals we have worked with.

We are very selective in who we employ, either permanent or sub-contract, allowing only the very highest standard of work to be produced.

We obtain most of our business from repeat work either via Architects, Property Managers or recommendations within private sectors. As a continually developing company all enquires are important however big or small.
