Originally a dilapidated 18 th century farmhouse, a full refurbishment and conversion into five luxury apartments was undertaken along with the complete rebuilding of former stabling to form a two bed dwelling in the grounds. Much of the refurbishment returned features to the property which had been removed over the last century during unsympathetic general alterations. All of the apartments and the mews were sold off plans prior to the main works commencing. A simple and clean interior was adopted for all areas with purchasers being able to choose from a small range of kitchen and tiling options in order to individualize their plot.
