Value : £295,000 Duration: 3 months Architect: ACP- Alan Cotterell Practice This large grade II listed building was converted into a specialist residential Care Home consisting in the main of eighteen en-suite bedrooms, two self contained rehabilitation units and numerous kitchens, lounges, recreation and staff areas. En-suites were created to all the bedrooms and some of the other existing living areas were divided into two or more rooms. During the project along with this work the building was completely refitted internally to current Building Regulation and Government Care Agency standards within the space of just over three months in time for the planned opening at the end of September 2005. |
